J’adele Bake House was born out of my love of creating from-scratch sourdough recipes for my two daughters and hubby. It started as a postpartum hobby, and turned into a daily obsession.

Here at J’adele Bake House, my goal is simple: to teach you how to bring healthy, delicious bread and meals into your home every day. I believe that everyone can enjoy the art of sourdough baking, no matter how busy life gets. Through easy-to-follow recipes, tips, and a little bit of inspiration, I hope to make your kitchen a place where creativity and nourishment come together.
